Our Team

Our team is made up of local Alaskans who understand the demands of working in this environment and take pride in doing the job right. Our leadership team is highly experienced, with most holding AMPP/NACE Coating Inspector certifications, supported by blasters and painters who bring strong field experience and have completed AMPP-certified training.

Jeff and Kevin Epperheimer bring a combined 45 years of management and operations experience in the coating industry, primarily serving Alaska’s oil and gas sector. Larissa Arbelovsky has almost 20 years’ experience in the oil and gas sector with over 10 of them as our Safety Coordinator. Across both our shop operations and field projects, our leadership team contributes an additional 40 years of combined leadership experience, ensuring consistency, quality, and accountability on every job.

This experience is backed by strong continuity, with many of our team members having been with us 5 to 20 years. We are also committed to developing the next generation through outreach to local high schools, bringing in new team members who are now building skills and careers in the trades.
